Rifle 2

Cap modern shooting expectations.

Great for: Above average shooters, or serious civilians.

Prerequisite: Student MUST know and be able to demonstrate how to perform the topics covered in Rifle 1.

Topics to be covered:

  • Revisit: Speed vs Accuracy
  • Sight confirmations: 1, 2, and 3
  • Shooting and Moving
  • Shooting while Moving
  • Reloading while Moving
  • Target transitions
  • Practical scoring & drills (static & non-static)

What to bring:

  • AR-15 rifle & ammo (sights or optic must be properly zeroed)
  • At least 2 magazines
  • Eye protection (Mandatory)
  • Ear protection (Mandatory) [electronic ear protection recommended]
  • Sturdy belt
  • Sturdy footwear for range movement
  • Water and snacks
  • Weather appropriate clothing. No low neckline shirts. Toe-covered shoes.
